Play fair. Draw your own.

• You connect a Fomo identity through an authorized integration. FomoArt never asks for your Fomo password, seed phrase, private key or session cookie — anyone who does isn't us.
• Only connect an identity that is yours. Impersonation, multiple identities to gain votes or entries, and automated play are not allowed.
• We may suspend identities that break the rules. Suspension is reviewed by a person and never based on an IP address alone.

• You keep the rights to what you draw. You give FomoArt a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, replay, render as timelapses and share cards, and promote your finished drawings in and around the game.
• Drawings must be made by hand, in the round, with the in-game tools. Copying someone else's work, tracing or using generated images is not allowed.
• Finished round drawings are public in the Hall of Art with your @ once the round reaches its result. Practice drawings are public only if you choose so when saving.
• We may hide drawings that break the rules or the law. Hidden or disqualified drawings forfeit their matchups.

• Prizes are promotional rewards funded in advance by the round's sponsor or by FomoArt. There is no purchase, entry fee or wager, and no player money is ever pooled.
• A prize is paid once, to the champion's reward wallet, after the result is signed. If you haven't linked a wallet, the prize is held until you do.
• On-chain transfers are final. You are responsible for giving a wallet you control and for any taxes that apply to you where you live.
• Prizes may not be available in every jurisdiction. If local law prohibits a prize, we may withhold it.
• Prizes for results affected by cheating, vote manipulation or rule breaks may be withheld after review; results themselves are never edited.

• No hate, harassment, sexual content, threats, private information or illegal content — in drawings, handles or reports.
• No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the game, its voting or its prize contracts.

FomoArt is provided as-is. Live games depend on networks, browsers and blockchains; we work hard to keep every round fair and restart-safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. When a round can't finish fairly it's voided with the exact reason, and any prize funding is refunded to the funder.

To the extent the law allows, FomoArt isn't liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or the value of digital assets. We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do.
